How we review
We prioritise current authority service pages and operator location lists. Every centre includes its supporting sources and the date those sources were reviewed. A review date records desk research, not a visit or a telephone confirmation. Search results and independent directories are used to find leads, not to manufacture missing details.
Known coverage limits
Tasjeel’s public locator contained 26 names: 25 are included; Sharjah HQ is excluded because a public testing-lane function was not established. Branch service panels could not be reliably read, so unknown branch hours and vehicle categories are left unconfirmed.
Emarat’s older service page says eight Shamil locations but lists six. Four additional Northern Emirates names were reconciled against operator material and the station locator. Detailed contacts for those additional sites remain unconfirmed. Historical Ajman and RAK Shamil references are excluded.
ADNOC regional filters exposed 20 records and a VIC keyword search identified one additional inspection record at Sanayiyya. Four comprehensive-testing locations have separate evidence: 25 profiles in total against a corporate network count of 37. Seasonal Abu Dhabi Mobility lists help reconcile names but are not current opening hours. Unresolved branch names and possible duplicates are explained on the ADNOC operator page. Rafid’s two current Auto Inspection branches in Sharjah are also included.
Dubai coverage combines RTA listings with operator sources and the newly announced Al Mutakamela Al Qusais branch. Speed Ajman is supported by government reporting. No national completeness claim is made.
Ajman coverage includes Speed and the police-announced FAST Al Rumaila branch. Older FAST addresses remain unresolved. RAK includes the police-listed Al Saadi technical inspection branch; light-vehicle eligibility is not assumed.
What we do not infer
No live opening status, queue, appointment availability, customer rating or guaranteed price is shown. General customer-service numbers are labelled as such. A location listing does not prove that all vehicle classes or all registration transactions are accepted.
Maintenance and corrections
Review the source directory quarterly, and booking rules, service changes and fees before each release. Recheck public-holiday and Ramadan hours with the operator; this guide does not calculate them. Send corrections with the centre URL and a supporting official source to [email protected].
