Tajdeed’s Dubai testing centre is in Al Ruwayyah 3, near Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City. It is different from similarly named services outside the UAE.
One Dubai location has an explicit operator contact page and RTA support.
Testing hours are limited even though the operator describes 24/7 online or phone support. Use the testing timetable and official RTA booking service.
